Some people have been having issues logging into Affinity/StackSports with their updated login process.
We have found that it is best when logging in to - USE the Login with USERNAME NOT the Login with Email option
Note the username login option is below the blue login with email button
Returning Coaches IF YOU DON'T REMEMBER EMAIL US!

Password: Affinity/StackSports Password – if you don’t remember tell system

Anyone in doubt can contact Westside Metros Office
BEFORE YOU create a new account– please ask our Office staff to check if you already have a username
New Coaches to Oregon and/or OYSA
If you have a child that plays in OYSA call our office to look up your profile
If you DO not have a child that plays in OYSA please proceed creating a New Profile
New Coaches that ONCE played soccer in Oregon/OYSA
Contact our Office so we can set up your Adult Profile

Once you have sorted out your Username and/or created one follow these steps
Copy this Link: oysa-westsidemetros.sportsaffinity.com
DO NOT LOG IN UNTIL AFTER YOU Select the BLUE REGISTRATION Button upper right hand corner
See the picture on your LEFTThis takes you to the Stack Sports the software platform that owns Affinity
Enter your username and password and click Login
Help with USERNAME - See Above
Select 2026/2027 Fall Season
Click Register as Coach or/Admin
Click Continue
Click Register as Coach or/Admin (next to your name)
Select a play level from the drop down list select COMPETITIVE
Click Save & Next Page
Review and agree to the ELAs
Click Agree and Continue
You will need hit background check which will require you to enter your Social Security #
Click No Payment Due [the club will be billed for adult registration]
Congratulations proceed you have Completed your Registration!

Remember if you are coaching an MLS NEXT AD or a Girls Academy Team you will have to do an additional Background Check in July. Anita will send you instructions at that time.
