Have your SAFESPORT Certifcate to UPLOAD

SafeSport Course or Refresher Course CERTIFICATE
- it must be dated on or after February 1, 2025

Have your CONCUSSION Certificate to UPLOAD

Concussion Course Certificate
- must be dated 2025

STEP #4 Register in our Registration System - This platform is called Demosphere

BEFORE you do this Step - make sure you have completed the above as you will need the following ready to Upload.
Both of these are REQUIRED it will not let you complete the registration without them:

- SafeSport Certificate
- Concussion Certificates

You will need an Access Code to reach the Coach Registration so as the answer to the following question you will enter the Access Code below - Step 2.1 (is where you will enter the CODE)

COACH CODE - APPROVED Coaches ONLY (NOT for players or parents)

(It may mean updating the code that is there)

HINTS - PAY CLOSE ATTENTION

- RETURNING COACHES - use the same log in you used last year or have used for you kids
  - DO NOT CREATE a NEW HOUSEHOLD.
- NEW COACHES - with no children playing for the Club - Create a new household
- NEW COACHES - with children playing for the Club - use the same log in you used to register your child
  -DO NOT CREATE a NEW HOUSEHOLD.
- PLEASE NOTE:
  - You are the Participant - DO NOT SELECT Register as a Team/Staff!
  - There will be questions like Graduation Year/Who do you Live with etc,,,, Just answer them with anything these are built in for the players and therefore you get to answer them too!!!
  - You will fill out your sizes for coaches gear as well here
